Free one-to-one coaching with an ICF-certified coach who has also built and run businesses for over 25 years.
Pick the one you would like to resolve first. You will tell me more in your own words when you book, and that becomes the focus of our hour together.
One hour, one-to-one, over video or phone. Bring a single specific thing that is weighing on you.
I will not hand you answers. You will leave seeing the problem differently. That shift is the point.
A physical notebook and pen. We will use them. It is how the method works, and it is yours to keep.
A free session, booked in under a minute.
Leadership and capability catalyst to senior leaders across four continents. An operator first, and a coach for the last decade.
An entrepreneur with more than two and a half decades in business across India, South-East Asia, the Middle East, the UK and the USA, including as Chief Marketing Officer on the top leadership team of a global digital product firm. The work spanned building brands and launching new products, finding product-market fit, supply-chain and digital transformation, and reading the culture and data underneath growth.
Then more than a decade, and 3,000+ hours, coaching the people who carry those outcomes: from first-time managers to CXOs and boards, across fifteen-plus nationalities. That blend of operator and coach is the rare thing. A thinking partner who also understands the P&L.
Socratic, calm, unhurried. I do not hand over answers. I help a leader separate what is actually happening from the story in their head, so they act on reality rather than fear.
Grounded in established instruments, worn lightly, and one that is ours:

Connect on LinkedInMeet the real you.
The behavioural-intelligence platform behind the practice. Science-backed assessments and AI-generated coaching profiles that measure the friction between your effort and your outcomes, the same thinking that runs through the coaching, made self-serve.
Explore People Assets ↗I take on a small number of senior clients directly. Sustained one-to-one work on the situations you actually carry: the role, the room, the stakeholders, the calls only you can make.
Typical engagements
The best way to begin is a short, relaxed conversation. No pitch, just thirty minutes to see whether we are a fit and what working together could look like.
Try the free coaching hour first. It is the method, experienced.
Multi-month programs on delegation, influence, difficult conversations and more.
Run a self-directed 360° and see how others actually experience you.
A professional-grade 360° feedback assessment you can run for yourself. Structured, anonymous, and built to end in clarity, not a PDF nobody reads.
Add your role and industry. We build your questionnaire from a validated core framework plus a few questions tailored to your world.
Rate yourself first, before anyone else weighs in, so your own view is not coloured by theirs.
Add 8 to 12 people: manager, peers, reports, clients. Every group stays anonymous (minimum three per group).
Automated invites, a reminder at day 3, and a day-5 nudge. We tell you who is missing so you can remind or replace them.
On day 16, a clear comparative report showing where others see you differently from how you see yourself.
Optionally, a 1:1 debrief to turn the report into two or three things actually worth working on.
The heart of the report is a comparison: how you rate yourself against how your manager, peers, direct reports and clients rate you, across eight leadership competencies.
Two patterns matter most. Blind spots, where you rate yourself well above others. Hidden strengths, where others rate you well above yourself. Plus anonymous start / stop / continue comments in people's own words.
Developmental, always confidential, never an appraisal. Hover over the map to explore the sample.
The report stands alone, but it works best when someone helps you read it.
The full self-serve 360° and comparative report.
Everything, plus a 60-min 1:1 debrief with Dr. Aditya to set your priorities.
Report, debrief, and a follow-up 360° to measure your progress.
Each program takes one capability, like influencing stakeholders, delegating or difficult conversations, and works on it for months, because behaviour does not change in an afternoon. One-to-one coaching is the spine; a small peer cohort is the practice ground; a certification is how it ends.
No prices yet, deliberately. Each program opens when enough of the right people are waiting for it. Join a waitlist and you will hear first, with founding terms.
Monthly private sessions on your real situations. The same method as all my coaching, sustained over the program.
A hand-matched cohort of 6 to 8 peers at your level, from different companies. You practise on each other's live cases and learn how others lead.
A capstone assessed on observed behaviour, not attendance. You leave with a credential, and colleagues who noticed the change.
Two frameworks run through most of my coaching. The first one you can try right here on the page.
Developed in this practice across three thousand hours of coaching. Where most development work stops at insight, Behaviour Reconstruction works on the behaviour itself: tracing what triggers and sustains the pattern, then deliberately rebuilding it in real work. It is unhurried, evidence-first, and it is why coachees report changes their teams can see, not just changes they can feel.
Working notes, frameworks and instruments from the practice, published as they are ready.

By submitting any form on this site, booking a session, requesting a 360°, or joining a waitlist, you agree to this Privacy & Data Policy. If you do not agree, please do not submit your information.
This website and the coaching, assessment and program services offered through it are operated by Dr. Aditya Save, together with Doability and its behavioural-intelligence platform People Assets (collectively, “we”, “us”, “our”). You can reach us at team@doability.in for any question about your data.
We only collect what you choose to give us. Depending on how you use the site, this may include your name, email address, LinkedIn profile, the details you type into a booking, contact or waitlist form, the situation you describe, your self-ratings, and, for a 360° assessment, the names, email addresses and responses of the raters you invite. We also collect basic, non-identifying technical information such as the page you came from and whether you arrived through a referral link, so we can understand how the site is used.
We use the information you give us to respond to you, arrange and deliver sessions, run your 360° or program, keep you informed about the service you asked about, and improve what we offer. We also use it to generate coaching insights, assessment reports and behavioural analysis, including through People Assets.
We may de-identify, anonymise and aggregate the information collected through this site and use the resulting anonymous data without restriction — for research, benchmarking, training and improving our assessments and models, developing new products, and producing statistics and insights. Once information has been aggregated or stripped of details that identify you, it is no longer personal to you, it may be retained and used indefinitely, and nothing in this policy limits our use of it. We do not publish or expose data in any form that personally identifies you.
Feedback given by raters in a 360° assessment is treated as confidential and is shared back only in a combined, anonymised form. Individual rater responses are not attributed to a named person in the report. This protects the honesty of the feedback and the privacy of everyone involved.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not publicly disclose personally identifiable information you share with us. We do not attach your name to any public content, case study or marketing without your specific permission.
We share personal information only with the service providers that help us run this site and deliver our services — for example our form and hosting provider, scheduling tools, and the People Assets platform — and only so they can perform those functions on our behalf. We may also disclose information where required by law. These providers are permitted to use your information only to provide services to us.
You provide your information voluntarily. By submitting it, you consent to the collection, use, sharing and anonymised reuse described in this policy. Where you provide another person’s details (such as a rater), you confirm you have a reasonable basis to share their contact details with us for this purpose.
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the service you asked for and for a reasonable period afterwards, after which we delete it or retain it only in anonymised, aggregated form as described in Section 4.
We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we work to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to team@doability.in. Note that requests to delete do not extend to anonymised or aggregated data, which no longer identifies you.
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always the one posted on this page, and your continued use of the site after any change means you accept the updated policy.
